Nah kiddo, venting should be okay here.  If only sunshine, buttercups and stiff upper lips are allowed, no real point of an HCV-specific forum.  Too many of us have to do that in off-line real life anyway.

There's not many aspects of Hep C that do not sucketh to high heaven.  ;)  It seems that different folks just have their toughest times with different parts.  For some, the illnesses before treatment, for some the illnesses that remain, for some it's their doctor, or their insurance, or people in their life who've heard too much or who can't handle hearing anything at all.  For some, it's the treatment itself, while for others the treatment is a blessed relief.

It's such a mixed bag, you could almost set it to music...

Nurses in white dresses who look at my rashes,
Itching that starts with my nose and eyelashes,
Insurance claims that are balled up with strings,
These aren't a few of my favorite things!

When the meds bite,
When my pee stings,
When I'm feeling bad,
I simply remember my favorite things
And can't help but feel real mad.

(see what I did there with "mad"?  Either definition works. :) )

Personally, I don't wanna visit "The Dungeon" but the link is handy iffin' someone's hell bent on verbally attacking forum members.

Brilliant, Else! Such eclectic musical tastes -- now are you going to start using a Julie Andrews avatar?

drummerman, you've done a real service posting the link -- going there is way better than riba ragers taking it out on family, friends, bosses, colleagues, etc.

Cool poem.

I was hoping someone else who recently went off on someone would read it, follow the link and get it out of their system.

Yeah, DM, I had seen that thread, although not before the nastiness was edited out. I assume the perpetrator was suspended before you were able to post your rage-redirect link, which can still be of benefit to others.

Got it.  :(  That was a shame.

No poem of mine - I was just having some fun with "The Sound of Music" soundtrack.  Thanks Gnatty, yes I do hear Julie Andrews beautiful soprano in my head when I read that. LOL
