6 mos post tx SVR Sovaldi and Daklinza for GT3!
« on: June 19, 2016, 07:25:55 pm »
So on June 15th my Hepatologist officially discharged me as 'cured' after 6 mos post treatment with Solvaldi and Daklinza!  I am truly blessed!  I feel wonderful!  I am active again.  Because I have very minimal liver damage prior to tx (another testimony for early tx for everyone), my Hepatologist indicates I am not at high risk for developing cirrhosis or liver cancer.

I wanted to thank everyone on this forum for your support - esp during the early days when I was fighting the denial with the insurance.  This forum as such an amazing place to not only obtain needed info and facts, but support and reassurance!

For everyone seeking tx...it is truly worth it!  Keep the faith and fighting the fight!!!

Take care,
Mary
