In April, Bristol-Myers Squibb submitted a new drug application for approval of a daclatasvir / asunaprevir combo. But in October, BMS withdrew its application for asunaprevir, apparently owing to the drug’s feeble performance when compared with other drugs pending approval.
Now, federal regulators are opening up discussions on what other types of drugs daclatasvir can, and should be used with.
