F4 to F3???
« on: August 25, 2015, 11:49:48 am »
Hi,

I "got" HCV wen I was 11, 25 years ago, by a blood transfusion because of my leukemia. I got cured, but this thing stayed until now.

I'm now early F4 and started Harvoni on the 13th of July. I just feel more tiered then usual...

I was so happy to find this forum, because finally I can "speak" to people with the same problems as me. Now I don’t feel like an ET :)

Please sorry my bad English, I'm from Portugal...

Do you know any case of an early F4 that went to F3 after the Harvoni??

MCIR, welcome. Your English is fine -- I understood everything.

YES, you can go from F4 to F3. Not only did my hepatitis doctor say so, but the editors of these forums just posted proof: http://forums.hepmag.com/index.php?topic=3221.0

Best wishes to you as you endure the fatigue on the way to a cure.

Olá MCIR! Your English is great - much better than my Portuguese. :)

Gnatcatcher is right, there is growing evidence that liver damage can get better to some extent, even cirrhosis. Sometimes it doesn't happen, but in a lot of cases it does.

All the best with your treatment. Boa sorte!
