Retrain your brain

Here is a link to the article "When Apple A Day Can't Keep the Worry Away", about fears of cancer recurrence.  We (Hep C survivors) have very similar fears and anxiety as cancer survivors do and this is the best article I've found yet on how to re-train your brain to not "go there" with worry.  It's a complex issue, so there are specific psychological tips to help.
My favorite is "Stop worrying and start living" this will be my mantra from End of Treatment and going forward.
