Title: does hepc cause joint pain and muscle cramp

hi i am jess and i have not know for long but got hep c 7yr from a friend and his family told me and i just was scared to find out but the last 5 or so years i have joint pain that r the worst pain sometime i just stay in bed all day and i am 22 the Dr havent been able to figure it out any one else  out  there in pain or is it not related to hep c

Yes, but sometimes we have other medical problems too, so it is important to get a good diagnostic work-up. Some people also get autoimmune problems. Hope you get a diagnosis, and relief soon Jess.

Yes the virus does cause joint pain, muscle cramps as well as  in feet and hands. I have all three. As I'm sure several other illnesses. Best of luck to.
I'm currently waiting on ledipasvir to be FDA approved to try tx for the third time in 4-5 years. Third times a charm, right ?

I too have severe cramps in my feet and legs, never attributed it Hep C but it sure makes sense.

i am sure glad  to find out what it maybe i am go to ask my dr at my appt on the 8th thank everyone for there input
