Vintag54,
I am about 11wks post treatment. I was undetected at end of treatment. I have not had any further tests, will do the big svr12 blood draw in about 1 1/2 wks. I noticed gradual improvement with muscle aches, joint pain, digestive issues, etc. and I am feeling progressively better and better post treatment! Now I just have normal winter and aging aches and pains.
The headaches, nausea, insomnia, photosensitivity etc. had all pretty much subsided about 4 or 5 wks into treatment. These side effects were all mild.
My energy level is improving as well. I feel very well and I will say this treatment is very do-able! This was my first and hopefully last one. Best of luck to you.

Hey Brad,
Since you have all that energy now, can you come over and shovel my driveway for me? It'll help you pass the time while you wait on that SVR12 test although I have no doubt that you are gonna pass it with flying colors.

Hi Mel
I hear you guys are going to get a blizzard. Stay safe and warm.
Hey Brad
No shoveling? You need to stay busy while you wait. I really sshouldn't talk because I was in bed all day. Its been a long week and im exhausted. Not only that but I should get my 4 week results in a few days. I'm praying and hoping. Sure gets exhausting waiting, waiting.
I hope everyone is doing well with their treatment. .... Blessings Sunrise

Quick weather report from the Seattle area. Record breaking highs in the low 60's and sunshine felt like June in January. High tomorrow 62 and mid 50's and sunny for the next 8 days

Hi Lynn
I know right. So many winters I had in Western Wa. were very snowy and cold and rainy. Im in the Southwest and it is chilly at night but we are getting up to the 60s and 70s in the day. By the way congrats on you're global monitor. You have so much knowledge and help so many. I appreciate all of the support. Hows the new addition to your tx. going? Hope you aren't getting the rash or platelet drop. Blessings Sunrise

Thanks Sunrise

Getting first check for hemoglobin drop on Tuesday I hope I don't get a platelet drop I only have 90ish platelets. Last time I was on riba with interferon my hemoglobin crashed so hoping that wont happen without the interferon.
good luck

Good luck to you as well. Otherwise how is tx. going? Do you feel any different than usual? I hope this can reverse some of the damage done and things get better for you, for all of us...Blessings Sunrise

Treatment is boring not much to say other than sleeping too much.
Part of the problem is my second shift lifestyle, hard to get to sleep before 3AM and then I sleep to 12 or 1 PM bad habit I need to break.

I would be happy to shovel your driveway Mel! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it looks like you may have underestimated by about a foot!! BTW, Micheal Strahan officially declared it the "NOR-BEASTER"!!
