Title: What do you do if you are too sick to work following treatment?

Question came in from psmike59 via Twitter (http://twitter.com/hepatitismag)

what do you do, if the you don't have insurance and the treatment made you so sick you can't work anymore. 2 yrs post treatment

psmike59 should try working with his doctor to apply for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)  http://www.ssa.gov/disability/

  If you are out of work for 12-Months you can file for
  SSI or SSD.   Save copies of all your Labs and tests
  and Hire a Lawyer.  They usually work for a fee only if you win !

  I treated for 48-weeks and filed and I won my case !
