Mike,

Thanks for this and the other link <on HVC trial> are very informative.  The conference in London is very useful for me as I am more likely to be on LDV/SOF.  There is a conference in Denver on HEPC, I think.

Am I right to say that you will be the first one to "graduate" using SOF/PEGS/RIB, at least in this blog site?  After reading your travail no wonder your claim that Sofosbuvir is a boon to you.  Only people who are going through will understand and appreciate the ordeal.  To understand that there are so many in the pipeline to cater to the special needs of different patients.  It is wonderful.  Soon HEP C will be soon like treating any other ailments  .  Thanks again

I think I might be one of the first here graduating from the SOL+INTF+RIBV club - at least of those not involved in the clinical trials.

I sure hope I can give everyone some good news after my EOT VL is known.

If I'm not clear, I'll get it the next time - and without interferon and Ribirvin!

I just want people to know there is hope. I've been so hopeless about this for the last decade or so - but not now. I truly believe that I wont die with or from Hep-C, which is a new comfort I haven't known (and hopefully to everyone else).

I remember the old, state-of-the-art 48 week treatment of INTF+RIBV. It was horrible. I remember just hoping that I could get through the treatment - let alone the 30% chance I had for success. It's funny - but I remember when I had to stop at week 36 or so - and actually considered it a success to have made it that far - as the hope of a cure was so distant anyway.

Those days are over for all of us.

And now you know the 'best' of the story...
