Title: Himalaya Liv 52

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on 'Liv 52'?
I have recently bought some though have not started taking it.
The information out there seems to be quite conflicting, meaning either good or bad.

Assuming you are not on medications or other supplements that it may interact with, it probably won't hurt you. I think it unlikely to help. All of the "scientific evidence" seems to come from the manufacturer or people it employed to test the product.

Having said that, I think placebo is a powerful tool, and if you feel like it helps, don't discount that. BUT - do not take if you are on hep C treatment.
