As of now, both Anthem and CVS/Caremark will only cover Gilead's Sovaldi or Harvoni treatments for their hep C genotype 1 patients.
On the other hand, Express Scripts will only be covering AbbVie's new Viekira Pak regimen.
Looks like the hep C pricing wars are still heating up!
