Title: The Importance of Exercise on Tx
Post by: Lukey on January 20, 2015, 11:34:35 am
Do you think exercise pays an important part of Tx? I do. I certainly don't think it could hurt.
This is my first Tx and so far today I've rebounded and gone upside down on my inversion table. Inverting increases blood flow to the brain, among other things.
These are supposed to increase lymphatic drainage which may be where some HCV virii are hiding out, and then may come out so a med like Harvoni will kill it.

I walk regularly and I go to a gym at least 1x a week, am trying to get there 2-3x a week.

I also do dry skin brushing 1x or 2x daily which increases circulation and many days I have a 40 minute dry heat NIR (near infra red) sauna that I built and put in my shower stall. This makes me sweat and it also increases circulation and blood flow.

Things I take every day are garlic, cayenne, Real salt, Ginger, and turmeric.
