April 22-26. Hopefully, we'll get some updates....Lucinda, will you be attending?

Hopefully we'll get some initial real-world data on Harvoni and the other treatments.
Looks like Abbie has some promising results....for starters...although looks like it's just a teaser---they will not be disclosing full results until later this year.
"""""Preliminary results from a Phase 2b trial (n=79) evaluating ABT-493 and ABT-530 in non-cirrhotic HCV-1 patients show a sustained virologic response at four weeks post treatment (SVR4) of 99% (n=78/79). The results include GT1a and GT1b, treatment-naive and pegylated-interferon and RBV prior null responders. Data from this study will not be presented at ILC but will be released at future medical meetings."""""

Thanks for that post, Charly. Interesting results.
As I'm sure you know, the investors over there are on top of all these companies. Can recite trial data in their sleep. Great resource.
Scanning those abstracts---I truly think that 12 weeks Harvoni will be standard in the not too distant future...the risks of under-treating/relapse don't bare the benefit of the initial lower $$$ and human cost. Imo. Although we have Paul here who thank God is negative post 8 weeks. I'm still glad my doc and I eventually pushed for and got the 12 weeks regimen--8 weeks was the initial authorization.

Charly, just noticed your EOT is April 17...Mine April 21....Wooooooooo!
-
I agree Meg about the 12 weeks.
About the end of treatment for us, it seems that time is now moving so slow. This last couple weeks has been dragging in anticipation of THE END!
-
Indeed, it does seem to be moving slower. Like watching paint dry. ;-)
My(our?) challenge will be the 4 weeks before first EOT labs. I wish I could go on a vacation where internet service and clocks don't exist. As it is, since I'm beginning to feel better, in ever so small increments, my plan is to keep busy building back my strength---the combined sinusitis/antibiotic induced tendinitis/profound fatigue during this treatment is a testament to H's strength. 8 week on treatment viral load is undetectable...Incredible. I've considered my immune system MIA...
