I have been on Harvoni for 22 weeks and on Ribavirin for 13 weeks now. My only side is feeling a little run down and tired because of anemia from the Riba.

Here is a link to the prescribing info the form of riba I am taking Ribasphere it includes side effects and the box warning about not getting pregnant while taking riba or for 6 months after treating with riba.

I wouldn't worry about sides unless you experience them why invite trouble?

db,

I was Riba twice and both times suffered very bad mouth sores which have never completely gone away.  Ask you doctor fo miracle mouthwash, it hlps a lot, it is made up by the pharmacist.  use only gentle toothpaste and mouth wash, getting tough on the sores does not work.

I did find something that helped, it was a bacteria that you washed your mouth with, I will try to find the name and share with you, it is at my house somewhere, right now I am at work.

The sores do show up less often now, but when you are downing some spicy crawfish they can ruin your day!

Good Luck.
