Hi,
First, I am disturbed to see this question asked and answered on other forums, as if the question has other purpose than medical. But to answer, I personally can't see any way any of this could transmit Hep C, but getting tested for Hep C is so easy, there is no reason not to be tested, preferably as part of an annual physical, and please spare us any further details and stick to Hep C related questions only.

Due to my fear , i posted the questions in Many forum and seeking expert advice. No other reason. Thanks for answer.
I have given blood for HCV -RNA Detection by COBAS Taqman test. Will that be conclusive ?
IS there any window period for HEP C? there are many different months / weeks in Google.

Hepatitis C: The Basics: How is it diagnosed, and what tests are used?
HCV Antibody Testing: Diagnosing hepatitis C begins with an antibody test. Antibodies to HCV can be detected in the blood, usually within two or three months after the virus enters the body. If a person is positive for HCV antibodies, he or she has been exposed to the virus in the past. As discussed above, however, about 15 to 25 percent of people who are initially infected with the virus are able to clear the virus from their bodies, usually within six months of exposure. The next step is to look for the actual virus in the bloodstream, using a test called PCR. If a person was infected with HCV very recently, called acute infection, he or she may not yet have antibodies, in which case a PCR test is necessary to confirm infection.

I have done the below test for HEP C, is that conclusive? or do i need to do any more test?
HCV-Hepatitis C RNA Detection by Taqman
Test Principle : Real Time PCR
Target Selected Highly conserved sequence within 5’UTR of the HCV
genome amongst all 6 genotypes.
Equipment : COBAS AmpliPrep and COBAS TaqMan
Limit of detection : 15 IU/ml
Result : HCV-RNA Detection by COBAS TaqMan - NOT DETECTABLE
Result Interpretation:
• A "Positive" HCV – RNA result indicates a HCV infection in the individual.
• A "Not Detectable" result indicates the absence of HCV infection or the individual is with viral copies less
than 15 IU/ml.
