Hi friends, here is a link to a helpful article to those who are suffering with RA, especially while on Harvoni, I started using the lemon water and noticed a benefit to reducing the pain in my joints and legs, I have continued to use the lemon water almost every day while On Harvoni for 12 weeks, I'm at week 9 now and F4, I feel better overall and undetected too.

I have read many threads of people complaining of joint and hip,leg pains...

Hi Teri,

I wanted to encourage you to keep your chin up, I know how hard it is with the brain fog, to me it was the hardest to deal with, with the extreme fatigue,

I know it sounds simple, but I quit using truvia, and any other sweetners, I started using this sweet leaf stevia, I juice one lemon in16 oz water and and 2 packets of the Real stevia extract, I repeat this 4 times a day or more... I have bought lemons by the bag full....  The stevia is,  sold as Sweet leaf in stores... Google it...

I was having lots of pains in my legs and hips when I started treatment, and my sister told me about using lemon water and I quit the sweet tea I was drinking...

Also I went low salt, no red meat, and eating wild salmon 3 times a week, low fat, no processed foods, and I have been doing a lot better, lost 15 lbs, and I have 2 more weeks to go on the pills...

I hope you get to feeling better soon...

God bless

BubbaT, my man, 3/3 seems so long ago.  Really good to see you reaping rewards of proactive nutrition and Harvoni success, happy to see you on the smart track!
I didn't get thru the Harvoni unmarked. I stopped my workouts the last two weeks. My joints hurt, old chronic injuries reappeared, and exercise seemed to make me feel worse instead of better.  I decided to stop until Harvoni in rear view mirror.
Thanks for reminder about benefits of lemon water.
