Title: Ease Harvoni Side Effects to Nil
Post by: GuineaPigs4Vaccine on October 31, 2015, 11:17:34 pm
(http://www.doctoryum.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/mixed-berries.jpg)

Drink blender mixed berries preferable frozen ones daily especially when dull foggy mental feelings arises. [Nofrills has 2 kg bags for about $10+]

Try take short walks, or go sit on a park bench and get yourself some fresh air and sunlight it'll help if your energy level is low. I believe myself its the sunlight that will improve your mood. Its winter time now and the sunlight is lessened so I myself went out and purchased a happy light from costco for about a little over $50 it somewhat improves the mood (it says $99 but its currently on sale for for about $50+ right now, for now.)  http://www.costco.com/Verilux%C2%AE-HappyLight-Liberty%C2%AE-10K-with-Additional-Bulb.product.100087417.html

Try not to over eat, or limit eating rich or greasy foods.. or you will pay for it later on.

If you have trouble sleeping; I myself use camomile tea or drink warm milk an hour before sleeping time.

Nausea; I steep in a tea pot some fresh sliced ginger root.

Keep up with this easily followed regime through out your harvoni treatment and you'll do just fine.

Please do add or share what works for you on this forum thread I would like to know what will help others get well while on treatment on this harvoni treatment.

NOTE: There is something in the blended mixed berries drink that increases your general well-being.

Please post your feedback

Good Luck
