Viral load was 800,000 and fell to 575,000 BEFORE starting Harvoni
Viral load at 575,000 w no chirrosis at the start of treatment.
Likely infected in 70's. Liver functions always normal.
Started harvoni 12-4-15 at 575,000.
4 week testing showed the numbers went from 575,000 down to 63.
Additionally tested at 6 weeks showed a drop from 63 to 21.
I am on the 8 week Harvoni treatment, and the GI is trying to obtain approval from insurance company for additional four weeks. (12 weeks hopefully)
I also have a mild cryoglobulemnia.
Is there any data that shows with the cryo there may be a slow response to clearing the virus?
