i have a question sperm cell can have hepa C? Or only blood to blood contact
im living HCV in 8 years from drugs
SOrry for my english is not good please understand

No worries about your English...most Americans can't speak a second language  :).  Hep C is not in sperm.  It is a blood born disease.  Sexual transmittal is only possible through blood to blood contact and is rare but can happen.

Recent studies are pointing to an increasing number of gay men contracting HCV through sex with other men. HCV is present in sperm but in very small amounts.

Generally a man is more likely to contract HCV via sexual contact if the sex involves a sex toy, group sex or can cause broken skin. Sorry, not sure how else to phrase it. David wrote a really interesting blog post about it, and a study happening right now.

yes small amounts of hep c can be found in sperm but hep c is not transmittable normally through sex. Hep c requires blood to blood contact.

If you engage in rough sex practices, have multiple sex partners, or if one partner has hep c along with hiv infections then odds of transmission are increased.

But for long term monogamous couples there are many examples of one partner having hep c and the other does not have hep c. The US Center for Disease control does not recommend the use of barrier protection (i.e. condoms) for such couples as the risk of hep c transmission is very low.

Where in the world do you live, roughly?  There as many suppliers of affordable treatments.  People in most countries in the world can access them, if they can afford the cost.

im living 9 years now in my HCV

A cure for Hep c was only found in the last 2 years. I had hep c for 37 years before I was cured.

What country do you live in?

Maybe we can help you know about where to find treatment.
