Hi,
Let's see what they price it at. It appears to be about as effective as Harvoni.
Far more effective than the old sofosbuvir combos.

This study compares the efficacy of Sofosibur/Interferon/Ribavirin compared to  Zepatier.  I would actually like to see a study comparing Harvoni (ledipasvir/sofosbuvir) to the Zepatier.  Certainly, Harvoni alone has much fewer side effects when not combined with Pegylated Interferon and Ribavirin, the latter two are responsible for the majority of side effects and adverse effects in all of the previous HCV treatments.  ML

After being denied from our insurance company for Harvoni, my husband has now been approved Zepatier for his treatment. He had to take a resistance test to determine if he will need a 12 or 16 week treatment.( Still waiting for results) He is hopeful he will not have to take Ribavirin along with the Zepetier.

Just wondering if anyone has completed or are currently taking this medication?
