Hi everybody
My mother want to change the time of taking sof dac to 08:00 pm in stead of 02:00 now.
Is this change possible? Anay impact on the effeciency of the treatment?
Have anyone here in the forum done this change?

Best to ask your doctor or pharmacist but many here have changed the time they take Harvoni they had the same concerns. I assume the prescribing information for your moms meds say if you forget to take your medicine to take it as soon as you remember unless it has been very many hours like into the next day. Ther is still some amount of medicine in your blood for many hours after 24 hours from taking your previous dose.
Six hours is not a great amount of time so you could just make the change right away or do it incrementally over several days if you feel better about doing that. Either way I would think it would not make a difference.
Just to add I am not a medical person as most of us here are not we are just hep c patients who come together to help each other.
