Title: How is Geno Type Blood Work Processed?

Question I have had my blood drawn weeks ago for a variety of tests, seams my health care portal shows me all the tests and results except the Geno Type, I wanted to make sure it was all in order and not missing, they informed me the test was drawn and that it could come to my GI by letter and might not be like my other tests which I can view online, is this true? Thanks!

I guess it is true for your doctors office.
I see a hepatologist at a liver transplant center and my genotype test result came on MyChart along with all my other test results
