Title: Do you know about upcoming trials for those who failed?
Post by: mcmaklin on November 09, 2016, 06:07:48 am
Do you know about any clinical trials in London for those who failed previous DAA? genotype 1b or upcoming trials. I cannot find it but where is the phase 3 with GS-9857? I do not want Ribavirin.

I see no one has answered this yet.

I believe this is the Phase 3 trial you're looking for, except that it says "ongoing but not recruiting":

 https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/study/NCT02607735?term=gilead+sof%2Fvel%2Fvox&rank=4&show_locs=Y#locn (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/study/NCT02607735?term=gilead+sof%2Fvel%2Fvox&rank=4&show_locs=Y#locn)

However, you might want to contact someone listed there for further suggestions.

The combination of Sof/Vel/Vox and its success as a "salvage" tx for those who failed earlier tx's was topic at recent  AASLD Liver Meeting

This combination drug was discussed recently on this Forum. I had asked when it might gain FDA approval.  HHburme, who had participated in such a trial, felt it would be approved in a matter of months!!

Maybe try to contact him?

So you might not even need to enroll in a study, if that's the case. IF you can somehow get insurance to approve it
