Hello all, checking in with nothing to report. Four weeks in- no sides; maybe I'm easily distracted like an Irish Setter, but nothing unusual. I've cut back on water to a half gallon over the last week ending many, many nocturnal trips to the bathroom, still making sure to keep hydrated depending. This Monday, I take my first test to check the viral load and visit my GI. I have my last bottle of Harvoni in hand to begin on Monday as well.

Really all you need is the old 8 glasses a day of fluid or just a touch more. There is actually too much of a good thing it is possible to drink too much water so glad to hear you are cutting back.
And very glad to hear that your treatment has been going well

Thanks, Lynn. Yep, two liters and a touch more, as you say, seems to cut it. Okay, so I have a little good news. The results from the labs taken at two weeks for ALT and AST are:
ALT: from 63 down to 20, AST: from 36 down to 15. My B-12 syrum is normal but I wanted the other B-12 cellular test, but ditzed out at the GI's office. Everything else is a welcomed boring "normal."

Congrats on the normal ALT and AST results. Not sure what a B-12 has to do with hep c. I have never had that test.
Anyway congrats!
