Found this info with a quick search sounds like you should see your doctor. I doubt it has anything to do with your treatment.

“What kind of diseases can be associated with flat stool?

The following diseases may be associated with flat stool:
Ulcerative colitis
Hemorrhoids
BPH
Crohn's disease
Anal fissures
Irritable bowel syndrome
Constipation
Colorectal cancer
Prostate cancer
Rectal ulcers

Remember that this is not an exhaustive list and it is highly recommended to consult your doctor, in case of symptom’s persistence.”

Well they look reputable enough. Mine was from http://www.humanitas.net/wiki/symptoms/flat-stool

Humantas hospital in Milan Italy.

The Mayo Clinic has a discussion about narrow stools
https://www.mayoclinic.org/narrow-stools/expert-answers/faq-20057781

What causes narrow stools? Should I be concerned?

“Answers from Michael F. Picco, M.D.

Narrow stools that occur infrequently probably are harmless. However in some cases, narrow stools — especially if pencil thin — may be a sign of narrowing or obstruction of the colon due to colon cancer.

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is another condition that may cause changes in the size of your stools, so that they're smaller, larger or narrower than usual. IBS also causes changes in the consistency of stools.“

If you are concerned about this symptom you should discuss this with your doctor. Possibly a colonoscopy will be needed to determine the cause if there is one. Or perhaps a change in diet with more fiber and keeping properly hydrated and see it that helps.

But again, instead of guessing I would ask my doctor it I need to worry about this symptom

Change in stool shape/colour

“Much is made in the lay press and Internet about the importance of a change in stool width (caliber), shape, length, etc.  The fact is that these changes are almost never of any consequence.”

I have been on a slight diet change, dont know if this effect the stools shapes, the density and color looks to be normal, also i am cutting out in coffee to see any of these contribute this to issues..thanks Lynn..
