Title: fingering with a cut at a girls vagina
Post by: sarsar on December 04, 2017, 10:55:59 am
Hi I am a man and I had pulled a skin from my middle finger so it made a visible enough deep cut that bled profusely for 2 minutes.
After a couple of hours I forgot that cut and I was playing with a high risk girl's vagina in a way like this:
My middle finger was masturbating the outside opening of a wet vagina for 1-2 minutes and and it was soaked with these vaginas fluids for sure.
We were french kissing a lot.

My questions:

1) Do the above interactions put me in a HCV risk as the vaginal fluids were soaking my deep cut?
2) Do I have other STDs or other infections risk such as HBV?

Thank you guys you are doing a great support!!

Not a risk for hep C. Hep c requires blood to blood contact.

2) Do I have other STDs or other infections risk such as HBV?

Doubtful but if if you are concerned get tested.

A good option to avoid such concerns in the future is to avoid having random sexual acts with questionable persons and to always use barrier protection either condoms or in this case some latex gloves.

Apology TOTALLY unnecessary.   I was serious... Enjoyed the titillating post :)  I hope nobody takes offense at my response, but hey, we're not doctors here, so, I hope no one minds my enjoying the prurient aspect of the original post.

Harrumph, don't forget that you are talking to some of us who underwent the so called "sexual revolution" of the 1960's. So there is very little that can shock us. So I will respond without using colloquialisms to color my words.

Lynn's advice is prudent. And giving advice to those who are, shall we say "socially active" today is not a "sin" IMO. If I am not mistaken there are published guide books in Las Vegas for those who make a living at being "socially active". They are not exactly "trade secrets". For those who are old enough to be socially active sexually they should be required reading.

As I have said in the past if HCV was that easily spread though sexual activity our species would be in real trouble and it would be an epidemic that would be completely out of control. That being said, if in doubt and you have an open wound at all then abstinence while you heal is always a sensible approach to avoiding exposure to much more than just HCV.

Therefore any sexual activity that harms human membranes is not a good idea at the best of times. But is not considered to be a primary means of transmission of HCV but transmission under extreme circumstances cannot be ruled out.

This if the current CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/hepatitis/hcv/hcvfaq.htm#b1) information on HCV transmission which Canada closely mirrors last time I checked. Other countries that do not have such systems in place might rely completely upon doctor/patient information exchange, really backward places, witch doctor/ patient communications. In the EU and elsewhere there is usually consensus with what both the US and Canada recommend.
