Hey guys. Finished harvoni a month ago and was clear of hep c. But now I can't go do yard work in sun or small work outs without getting full blown flu symptoms. Maybe my immune system is messed up. I dunno. Anyone else suffer with This? Don't get me wrong I'm so grateful but this is horrible

For myself no but have you seen your doctor for help?
If you have flu symptoms it could be the flu. Flu season is winding down but not entirely over yet. The flu can be very dangerous so should not be treated lightly.
Hope you feel better soon.

Kt923, sorry you're having flu-ish symptoms. How do those symptoms differ now from the ones you had before treatment? (In an earlier thread, you wrote: "I do have a bunch of symptoms from my hep. Fluish all the time especially if I worked out at all. Brain fog. Joint pain.")
Were you expecting to feel perfectly well as soon as treatment was over? Your immune system may need more time to adjust to the absence of hep C.
However, you had similar symptoms before treatment. They may have been caused by something else such as an autoimmune disease. Please let your doctor help you sort this out.
Best wishes,
Gnatty

Your right I did have the same symptoms. But now it comes on easier. From just being in the sun it seems to happen now. Definitely probably my immune system is all screwy. I was tested for autoimmune diseases. I didn't have an before but maybe I do now. I'm definitely going to talk to my doctor. Thanks

it's a real thing.
doctors might deny it, but really there is some wackiness that happened to my immune system after harvoni (last year march 2017, undetected). i still get sick too.

I had real bad cold when on Mavyrett.
Flu like- cold throat, nasal congestion, or fever? I don't have this problem because I don't "work out". If I was to work out, I would feel very bad, this is why I do not.

I don't work out anymore now. I use to play roller derby. :'(.....I do feel better from when I stopped the meds though. Being out in sun made me fluish. Now it doesn't. I feel like it is getting better. I hope it go's away. I want to be active again. I have a almost 2 yr old so I need all of this to stop. I pray it stops and I don't pray much...
