I need advice because my girlfriend and I have lichen planus but my lab results were:
Hep B Ags - Negative
Hep B Anti-Ags - Negative
Hep B Core Anti IGM - Negative
Hep B Core Anti Total - Negative
Hep B Anti E - Negative
Hep B Anti E Antibody - Negative
Hep C - Negative
VIH - Negative
Until a few months ago, I started with liver discomfort and some sort of tiredeness and headaches. Any comment and recommendations will be very apreciated.

Your results are negative across the board so that would mean you have had no active or prior hep B infection; but you also have no immunity because you have not been vaccinated against hepatitis b. You may want to consider getting vaccinated.
Not familiar with VIH negative unless you mean HIV negative which would also mean you do not have an infection with the HIV virus the virus that causes AIDS.
My suggestion would be to see your doctor for a diagnosis of your symptoms. Tiredness and headaches are vague symptoms which could be many things including simple dehydration. Most people do not feel liver pain with hep B. Could possibly be a muscle cramp, gastrointestinal distress or many other things.
See your doctor.

Oh yeah I missed you were tested for hep C yep negative for hep C antibodies so no hep c either.

Why were you tested for Hep B, Hep C and HIV? Simply because you have lichen planus?
From the Mayo Clinic:
“Causes
Lichen planus occurs when your immune system mistakenly attacks cells of the skin or mucous membranes. No one knows the exact cause of this abnormal immune response. The condition isn't contagious.
In some people, certain factors, such as those below, may trigger lichen planus.
Hepatitis C infection
Flu vaccine
Certain pigments, chemicals and metals
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) and naproxen (Aleve, others)
Certain medications for heart disease, high blood pressure or arthritis”
If you had a Hepatitis C infection you would have other symptoms like elevated liver enzymes. Lichen Planus can be associatedwith hep C as an extrahepatic symptom but it is not associated with Hep B or HIV
Seems like an odd choice for testing simply on the basis of having Lichen Planus

Having Lichen Planus me and my girlfriend is what seemed strange. Like a viral infection triggered that. My fear is occult chronic Hep B.

I did not see where there is an association between hepatitis B am lichen planus did your doctor believe that was a possibility?
Yes I agree from what I read it is unusual for you both to have contracted lichen but if it was from Hepatitis You were also both had to of had the same extrahepatic symptom one that is not that common. So all in all a lot of odd circumstances.
