fibro test measures me at f0-f1 why would a dr preacribe me 12 weeks when i dont have cirrosis

Were you previously treated?

For people previously treated with:
An NS3/4A PI without prior treatment with an NS5A inhibitor the recommendation is 12 weeks. (Treated with prior regimens containing simeprevir and sofosbuvir, or simeprevir, boceprevir, or telaprevir with (peg) interferon and ribavirin.)


Otherwise, the only way to know is ask your doctor
