Today Kaiser Permanente refused re-treatment based on decriminalization Atlanta . They said your only going to get reinfected again ;-( how sad !!!

Because Atlanta decriminalized marijuana? Hep c is blood borne that makes zero sense.

I could possibly see an argument if the patient is using IV drugs where there is a very strong chance of reinfection.
