Just came back from the fibroscan so after 3 years from 27+kpa its now 6.3kpa :D
-
Sweet congrats!
Mine is unchanged from 2014 at last years check was 27. Before treatment was 29. Two years post was 33.
Of course I was diagnosed with cirrhosis in 2008 do I have a lot of damage to undo

I have just been lucky and now they stop following the treatment so I need to pay for future tests if I want. The state will not do it anyway.

I get blood tests and abdominal ultrasounds every six months and see my liver specialist every year. Likely for the foreseeable future

Marvelous! And I ain't quotin' Clint Eastwood. Our chances of dealing with the madness currently sweeping societies is much improved now that we have better liver health.
I have advised my brother to secure his guitar shop by hanging rubber bats over his newly built instruments and tools. Then run recordings of bat noises flying around his shop all night. That way the crooks that take a peak in through his upper floor window to see if they can get in will get the heebee geebees big time.
FANTASTIC TO HEAR FROM YOU JAKAS!!!

I had to come here and tell you all as here I got all the help I needed in the initial stages. Grateful to YOU ALL.
@Lynn I will pay and get the tests done as I really must follow up.

Really happy for you that you have seen such improvements. Too bad your insurance doesn’t cover you for follow ups that sucks.
Stay safe out there in the pandemic :)
