Pennsylvania Bill Makes It a Crime to Expose Police to Hep B

You can get up to 7 years even if you didn't know in advance that you had hepatitis. That's just crazy. What is the real odds that you could even spread Hep B while getting arrested?

Wow that isn't good news. I would think this makes the stigma around hepatitis all the more worse. Guess the politicians that make these rules don't really care.

Not good news. This could be applied to hepatitis C too. Find out you have hep C and going to jail for 7 years all at the same time. Seems like someone hasn't thought this through.
