Liberation Day
« on: July 25, 2014, 09:34:54 pm »
Hello All,
Today was the first day with no meds. 12 weeks completed. Took the 12wk blood test. Should get the results next week, but my doc says that the virus coming back is highly unlikely. So now to clear the system of the drugs.
There is one side effect I have noticed. I started having herpes outbreaks, cold sores, or pimples with puss. Also the skin around my ears became itchy, inflamed and crusty. I don't know why but something I am watching. I wonder what it does to our autoimmune system. The virus was gone after 2 weeks. I wonder what was going on the the other 10 weeks.

Congratulations! Yes, those are known side effects. Yes, your entire body gets the effects of these antivirals. However, it will get better, and better. Enjoy.
