Hi, my Mom is sick and can't really do this anymore... so I am going to have to start figuring this out.  I'm very mad that the doctor hasn't really explained much to us about this treatment, and after the treatment he never has said if it worked.  (See my other post about my Mom being sick).

Anyway, we have lab results from April 2014 at the beginning of treatment and we have lab results at the end of June 2014.  What do I look for to determine if this medicine worked?, if my Mom being so sick was even worth it?

Thanks.

The viral load results (HVC RNA quantitative). Also the beginning and end of treatment ALT and AST results (relates to liver function).
