Hi Tim,

I would recommend seeing your doctor and taking the steps necessary for treatment. You'll need to have some blood work, including a viral load, the specific genotype and a liver panel. You may or may not need a biopsy, as there are noninvasive tests that can grade any liver damage (i.i., fibrosure and fibroscan).

The treatments are short and well tolerated as compared to the old protocols, resulting in complete eradication of the virus and cures for 90-95%.

Best wishes, Mike
