DAY 4 of Viekira pak no Riba
« on: July 03, 2015, 10:45:18 pm »
Hi All,
Just reaching out to the tribe for support in the journey.

Today is much better although still not an easy road. The first few days were full of oddities ranging from sweat flashes, liver twinges, bouts of tiredness and self induced anxiety. Energy changes throughout the day.

Each day gets better and that is what I focus on as well as learning to take every day and moment as it comes.

Feeling positive that this will all work out. Staying healthy with food and lifestyle habits.

Will post 4 week results

Looking for support from fellows on the journey as well.

Hi jpritch,
Not taking ribs cuz I'm 1b and Stage 0. First week almost over. My experience was  the first 3-4 days are challenging but then afterwards it is getting much easier.

If you get anxious inbox me as I did the same to another in out tribe.

You got this!!
