A new life!
« on: July 01, 2016, 05:45:09 am »
Greetings all,

I come here rarely and in the past its mainly been in times of need when like most of us have needed support,  guidance or a helping  hand.
As these life changing drugs have slowly become more accessible to some (and sadly not to millions of others) I just wanted to say how wonderful and heart warming it is to hear of the many success stories.

I only had hep c for a relatively short term but am so greatful for all the wonderful support and love that has been provided in this forum.

It is truly my hope that all of you,  no matter how long or short you have had hep c are able to enjoy this feeling of relief and freedom.

No I'm not cured just quite yet but hopefully soon will be.
Here's to all of you,  cured or not for being the wonderful caring,  loving and non judgemental  group of people that you are. Thank you.

Nicholas

Hi Bill,
I'm finished and awaiting final test results.
See below my results from May, very encouraging.
So happy to see and hear all these people sharing their positive stories after struggling with this awful virus.
And I hope that for the others there is a light at the end of their tunnel very, very soon.

Hi, Nicholas. I completely agree with you regarding this wonderful forum. It really kept me sane during treatment when I didn't really have any support in the 'real' world. I couldn't really talk to anyone in depth about treatment so reading through the posts and archives here was (and still is) a great help. I'm going for my SVR12 bloods tomorrow. Looking forward to your SVR post soon.

Hi Nicholas...Congrats on completion of treatment.  Waiting for the 4 week, 12 week and 24 week post treatment results is a bit stressful I know, but worth it.   Best to you!  I am sure you will be getting great news - the Sovaldi/Daklinza combo is very effective for us GT3's.

AussieRosa...best to you tomorrow with your blood work!
