Hi soulrole and welcome to the Harvoni Train! I recently completed my 12 weeks and found the ride to be very pleasant.  Make sure to drink lots of water due to the dehydration effects of the drugs. Hope you have a smooth experience and keep us posted, as the future is bright -- FT

Many people experience what is called the "Harvoni High", with increased energy and mental clarity, which I did have for ~ the first 4-6 weeks, then the energy leveled out but was still much better than prior to treatment. It started on day 6-7, the first week is when many notice it. For some this increase in energy continues thruout treatment, we're all a bit different in how we react.

Overall my treatment flew by and was so much more tolerable than I could have imagined. The increased water will help with constipation/gas/headaches, too, so glad you're aware of the need for this. FT

Hey Soulrole, I'm not "cured" yet, but I am hoping and praying that will be the result! Once you complete treatment, the cure label isn't given until 12 weeks after you complete treatment (EOT = end of treatment) and you are still undetected for the virus.  I'm going today for a 2 week EOT test that my doctor likes to get, and then my next test (the BIG one that determines a cure) is in August. So there is a bit of a waiting period after treatment to know if one is cured or not.  Some doctors are even getting 24 week EOT tests, as a handful of people have relapsed that far out, but it is rare.  The general standard is if no virus is detected at 12 weeks EOT, then one is considered cured.

We are on our way! FT
