Hi Jordan and welcome to the forum,
We just had this discussion on another post. It's not legal to sell it.I would just take the loss instead of getting into a legal mess. There's several of us that treated through the VA here.I was 1b and as I understand it's the easiest to treat. The VA cured me.Did they do a Fibroscan on you?Post your stats(ALT,AST etc)in the profile signature or you'll be answering these questions over and over.Keep us posted.

The VA did do a fibroscan which they told me showed little or no liver damage. I'm going back this week to get my test results and will post them. It frustrates me that I spent so much when I didn't need to. The timing was uncanny. I had already given up on getting any help from the VA, and then they called me.

The problem is they're treating a lot of people now.I believe I had my Fibroscan and such done in July of last year if I remember correctly.I had to wait until the end of the fiscal year(October 1st)because they ran out of money. That's probably what's going on now.I'm betting they trying to switch monies around.
