12 week tests after Harvoni
« on: May 22, 2017, 05:19:02 am »
Hi folks, had my 12 week tests on the 18th, and was supposed to get results today, which happened to be my Birthday, .. I thought a negative test would make an excellent prezzie :)

Unfortunately, the actual viral load test had not arrived, but what had was a normal LFT result after the 12 week treatment, & 12 week wait.  Considering I took the opportunity post Harvoni to actually enjoy a drink as I once did, while the virus was at least subdued if not killed off for good, ( and beleive me I did take full advantage of that window), and that I have never had a normal LFT test in the 20 years I've been having them done since diagnosis, I think I have good cause to celebrate, and consider this the ultimate Birthday news that I was wishing for....

Too optimistic??

Thanks for your well wishes folks..

Got viral load results yesterday.

Clean, Clear, Cured. It's a wonderful feeling, & might take a while to fully sink in.

My Doc said I was the 20th patient he'd treated, and thus far had a 100% strike rate, so anyone thinking on it still, .. just do!

Best wishes & best of luck to you all.
