Please speak with your doctor about your thoughts or a crisis hotline. Please don't take a permanent option for a temporary problem.

Do you have a specific question we can answer?

It gets better hang in there

Please let us know that you have contacted your doctor and/or a crisis hotline. Hepatitis B in a 65 year old person usually resolves without becoming chronic. Although hep B is serious, with medical care you can get through this. On the other hand, harming yourself would have far worse consequences. Please take care of your self and get help.

Thank you both, i have not done anything yet but to tell my wife and helped her to get tested today. Shes obviously, hurt, angry, confused.  I have hurt so many people with my sexual addiction. I believe i need serious counseling, this goes back to early childhood.  I dont know why i cant not act on impulses. And never consider the cost.
Any way , to specific questions im so confused and dont know what to ask at this point..  i just afraid that i may not have the strength to get thru this. Suicide is a terrible option but i would not hurt anyone again

Just want you to know that you are not alone. Acknowledging addiction (sexual or otherwise) is the beginning step. May you find freedom soon. Be gentle with yourself while you heal.

You are stronger than you know.

Suicide will cause great hurt to all those who care about you. Suicide solves nothing and hurts everyone much more than by any other act you could do.

Please call your local crisis hotline or find a counselor to help you through this.
