I can see clearly now
« on: August 07, 2014, 12:38:11 pm »
Past few hours been thinking about writing this. A few days ago--it was like a fog sort of lifted--I took a look around and started picking things up.
Over the past few months I have not been very good at putting things away or keeping my property clean.
I'm lucky enough to be unemployed while doing this treatment--and a wife that will support me while I do this.
So I have projects, and I have really become a mess-----so my theory is that a few days ago when I became undetectable--meaning no virus running around, screwing with me---that this fog lifted
Anyone else feel this way about undetectable time??

I am handling my job with a better attitude, since finding out I'm undetected.
I think it is in the mind, but I feel more energy during the day now, but still restless at night. I do not want to take any drug for sleep, so since undetected I have a better attitude about my sleep too. Hey, we're getting cured, I can deal with THAT!!

Just had my first blood test after two weeks of treatment.  I am supposed to get the results tomorrow.  I've felt foggy for awhile but must say before I learned I had the virus I couldn't finish my sentences half the time.  My brain was so disjointed and I thought secretly to myself that it must be more than just being over 50. It'll be interesting though to see if I get more clarity as I get better.  Dessert Guy I must say that I laugh when I let something slide, my kids call me a clean freak and I don't think my husband has any idea how things get done around our place.  Yesterday I put some plastic grocery bags in their bin in the pantry and one fell on the floor, I watched it fall, smiled, closed the door, just figured it would be there tomorrow.

I noticed it. You won't realize how much Hep-C effects you until you clear the virus and treatment ends. I have a lot more clarity of thought and I don't put things off like I use to.

Best wishes, Mike
