Treatment
« on: September 22, 2014, 03:40:10 am »
2 weeks left of my treatment, it did go by quickly and have been virus free since week 4. The only side effect I have had is extreme fatigue, I still sleep more than I want.  Do get some walking in and pool exercises.  They wear me out.  Been very careful about my diet. No junk food, sweets or meat.  I eat beans, etc for protein drink a full meal shake with greens lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. Have lost 17# of weight that I needed to lose and have a waist again, was wondering where that waist went.
Now the 6 Mo. wait to see if the virus stays away.
Good luck to all of you and may we all be cured.

Good Luck. I have 6 weeks to go and have also noticed the fatigue setting in also.
Exercise helps! Nothing like the previous treatments though!

Wow Crysmel - you are describing one of the less obvious benefits of treatment - getting healthier again. As a nurse, I noticed that all my patients regained the weight, so when I lost weight during treatment, I vowed to keep it off - its hard work, but it paid off.
