Another miracle is that this drug costs about $1200 per dose. Our co-pay for Harvoni is $20/month.

Thanks so much Debbie and 007. I'm sure you'll be posting great #'s soon! It gave me so much hope and inspiration when I first began therapy and came over here to see all these wonderful people posting Undetectable or very close during treatment.

May we all experience life-time SVR!

BubbaT...Physically I think has been too soon to feel any real change in how I feel. I can tell you my mental attitude is much, much better! I've had Hep C since 1985 and tried interferon twice and couldn't run the course with it as it just wiped me out. The only side effect now is fatigue and nausea which I can deal with now. Keep in touch and let me know how you do with it.

The worst side effects from the Harvoni are extreme fatigue and nausea. I also have an underlying headache but I'm on Duragesic 100 patches so that takes care of it. An added benefit may be weight loss...can only hope!! ;)

Congrats on the Viral Load result.. I didnt know any tests reported the Viral Load as Zero.. The best Ive ever seen is Not Detected, meaning its beneath the test's Lower Level of Detection parameter. I didnt know any tests were able to measure an actual 0 result!

I'm on my 9th week of Harvoni.  Viral load test was Saturday.  Won't know until Thursday at the earliest.  Keeping my fingers crossed.  I have had a lot of days that I am exhauseted.  I was also sick with two separate infections for 3 weeks.  But the past couple of days have had only mild fatigue.  No headaches anymore.  4. Days ago I had to lay down a few minuted after only taking a shower!  Saturday I mowed my lawn and did pretty good.
My first viral load was detectable but not quantifiable after 4 weeks on Harvoni.  This one I'm hoping "NON DETECTABLE".  Crossing my fingers.
