ION 1 SVR12 rates
« on: March 27, 2015, 07:57:25 pm »
The results state that 94% of those with cirrhosis reached SVR12. It does not break it down to GT 1a or GT 1b.

Those without hit 99%.
The GT 1b's had better results in the non-cirrhotic group. I'm wondering if that follows through to the cirrhotic subgroup?

The table 8 and table 9 results in the package insert seem contradictory. Unless of course they were different sample groups of the same size.

Do the GT 1b's fare better than the GT 1a's in the cirrhotic group?

Anyone?
Thanks
