ending week 4 harvoni

 :)hi all im  new on here, im on theend of week four of treatment, my treatment will fun  for 24 weeks. Just wondering can t find much out on line, what happens if you are in the sun while on treatment , not sure but I have some camping trips coming up not sure what to do.  :-* 8) :o

Congrats on starting treatment

Sun sensitivity is not listed as a side effect of Harvoni so you should be fine but remember sun exposure is a leading cause of skin cancer so just the usual protection everyone should do but no special precautions are required for Harvoni.

Here is a link to the Harvoni prescribing information. It lists potential drug interactions, common side effects and also has some of the clinical trial data. You should receive a copy with your prescription.
