Short story: 100% SVR rates in 6 weeks, with no resistance, and with a NS3/4A inhibitor component for those who failed any of the previous DAA treatments (Harvoni, Daklinza, Viekirax, etc.).

Link: http://www.achillion.com/ACH3422

Together, these three are the real deal.

Phase II is just commencing. Phase II pilot study is on-going. Interim results here:  http://ir.achillion.com/releasedetail.cfm?releaseid=881592

Some of the studies you will find are the combination of ACH3422 + sofosbuvir - however they are developing their own sofosbuvir and adding in a NS3/4A inhibitor for good measure.

I am hopeful.
