Finish line ahead
« on: November 06, 2015, 12:02:41 pm »
 Hi Hep Cats and Kittens
Thank you for this forum
I hope to graduate to SVR , no test during treatment
My final pill is Sunday the 4Th and I am so excited to have this miracle treatment
Week one I felt like I was in a coma, I slept all day that week, with very vivid dreams and constipation, lots of water and fiber helped that problem
Week 2-4 lots of new energy with brain clearing a bit, good and bad days
Week 4 killer streaming headache almost migraine that week
Week 5 thru 12 low level streaming head ache, better energy every day
Emergency operation end of week 2 added to the excitement, but got off pain killers by day 2, I felt a little pain was worth saving my liver and kidneys for.
Water and more water and lots of vegis was the key for me and walking my dogs
I will post results when I found out,
Max :)

Welcome, Max. You have a GREAT attitude, especially RE: getting off the pain killers ASAP. Looking forward to when you post results. Will your labs be next week, or not until 12 weeks after you finish treatment? Docs are all so different as to when they test.

Hey Hep Cat!  ;D  Welcome!

We have some interesting similarities in our Harvoni journey.  No first week coma for me but crazy, vivid dreams!  And the headaches too - none, some and ouch!!!  I've stopped trying to figure that one out.  Water used to cure, now it just helps a lot.

Congrats on reaching the end of the winding road - just one more to go!   8) 8) 8)

You are so right on the headaches, every day is so different. The end results make the side effects tolerable. I hope we all reach the same goal.

The biggest damn dysfunctional family that ever was I do believe! :) :) :) I wonder just how long My conga line would reach these days ??? ;D. It seems to be growing exponentially and proportionate to all of the good news I have been catching up on lately. One thing is for sure!!! If You went hungry around the family table at My house, You were either asleep or it was Your own damn fault for not eating.
Just skulking around here lately. Still a little out of it. Back to G.I. to get more insight into lower G.I. issues that won't go away. Hard to drag My big ole' ass to work everyday , but still doing it. Onward and forward My fellow warriors. We will see global SVR for the whole world before long.
