just checkin' in
« on: October 02, 2016, 09:03:31 pm »
Just wanted to drop in and say hi to all.

Its been almost a year since I took my last dose of viekira.  Its been a long hard row of dealing with anxiousness and depression.  I assume I am still undetected though.
Not getting a pcr but am getting my liver levels tested.  Waiting on blood results now.

Was taking xanax everyday , just to make it through the day, but quit that after tapering off.

Doing water aerobics twice a week and enjoy that and think it helps.

Am now retired but staying busy working at 4 schools and teaching private lessons.  Much less stressful though than full time,... no parents, no concerts, just able to walk away from it everyday and pretty much every Monday and Friday off, as well as weekends.

Hope all are doing well!

Still at the chalkface here DM, but still happy and loving it. Over a year since my last dose and I can only assume, having gone clear at 12 and 24 weeks, that I'll still be clear. It's amazing how quickly it has slipped into the back of my mind. All that worry. All that stress.

I consider myself to be so very very lucky.

So far so good. Glad to hear you too are well.

Thanks all!

Just got liver panels back and it all looks good... super low.
ALT  -17
AST - 20
Bili - 1.1

Noticed my Bilirubin was a little high, but I looked around and it appears that I should have fasted before the test.  Who knew.
