I was researching side effects. I'm on week two of mavyret. I am so sweaty! I mean even when I am sitting still it pours off of me. Is that common?

As liver functions normalize during treatment it is not unusual to have related metabolic processes change in ways that are quite noticeable. I did notice a tendency to sweat more profusely during treatment. My problems with dry skin, especially annoying contact dermatitis and cracked skin associated with long term HCV infection also cleared up. I also noticed that my problems with dry mouth went away as my liver started to work the way it should for the first time in many years.
However you should have it checked out if things get out of hand, especially if you have any indications of other problems happening, like getting dehydrated and light headed after long periods of sweating for no reason. During treatment the specialist should be doing complete blood count tests and any problems should show up in the tests.
